Good food, prices have gone up though.
Just ate there today, and as always great service and great food. The employees seem like they honestly love working there, too. The Chipotle mayo made my day! I ordered the "Spicy Chick" and if they would've had a nice local IPA on tap, I would've ordered one and another sandwich and wouldn't have gone back to work!
High Nooner is an awesome place. Great Sandwiches and amazing people. I was just in there and they were training a new person, she was so nice and friendly, it is amazing how they attract the nicest people to work there. Thank you High Nooner
Pretty good for a lunch sandwich nothing memorable.
Don't get their salads delivered. I order the buffalo chicken. The veggies were warm and seemed old. Not worth the price at all.
Awesome service Great customer satisfaction! Never have I ever received a bad meal here. Take Out is the greatest when you are working.
Delicious tuna melt on very fresh multi grain bread! Loved it!
Great sandwiches. The nooner is my favorite. Egg salad mixed with cream cheese, crispy bacon slices.
Awesome diverse menu and friendly, helpful staff! Love this place and the mushroom bisque was spectacular
Great place to eat and work!
Great food. Known for their sandwiches. Excellent service.
Best sandwiches any where!
Great food/sandwich options, great taste, cool vibe, and more "home" style feel then other restaurants.
Ordered sandwiches for a meeting and all of us agree this place makes a great sandwich.
Great sandwiches, soups and salads. Plus you get a cookie
I've went to the High Nooner for a number of years. But on my last visit I determined I will not be back. It's not due to food or service, but there pricing has gotten out if control for lunch. My Egg Salad sandwich, soda and desert cost me over $14. There are equally great places in town for less money.
Great sandwiches and brownies. Have been eating here for years.
Great food, atmosphere and people.
Was in town for a conference and found this gem of a sandwich shop! I ate lunch here all four days as the staff was amazingly friendly and the food was yummy. Highly recommend stopping in for lunch and enjoying both the delicious food and atmosphere.
Sandwiches are decent for the money. Pretty nice for grab n go. I'm a fan of their Philly cheese steak!
So tasty! Perfect if you are out and about or taking a quick lunch break during the work day. Staff are amazingly friendly. The food is great and reasonably priced. Decor is cute. Plenty of room to sit down with a group to enjoy a meal.
Comparing The High Nooner to other sandwich joints is a travesty. They don't even belong in the same universe as Subway or any other corporate chain. Great service, quick and reliable delivery, I use this place for big orders on a semi-regular basis. But besides all that, the sandwiches....Ah, the sandwiches. I'm hungry just thinking about them.
Should be a Spokane landmark!!! All of them should be located on a map of MUST GO TO'S!!! I used to order lunch from there all the time when I was working. Got my 83 yr old mother addicted to their soups when I would take her there for lunch. She's on quarantine at her assisted living facility so I bring her food from there a few times a month to remind her there is still a world out here and her favorite lunch spot is still open
Just moved here to Spokane and this place came recommended to me. Decided to stop by while walking around downtown and was welcomed by super friendly staff and delicious food. I will definitely be stopping by again!
All of the deliciousness. Can't go wrong with the club nooner or the pulled pork. Fast, friendly staff that all seem to actually enjoy their jobs.
Same great menu. Satisfying food. Beer and cider in cans.
Like this place a lot. Only complaint is they tease you with a jar of MASSIVE pickles in the front, but if you order a pickle, they give you a little baby pickle. Some great sandwiches with great flavors and a cool atmosphere inside. Lots of wooden furniture and giant windows mean lots of light. Great spot to grab a quick bite and a short little walk to riverfront Park.
We tried the Sundowner and Dip N Nooner sandwiches. Both were very good. Also had the garden vegetable soup and the seafood chowder. Very tasty/flavorful soup. Seems a little pricey-- with chips, lunch for 2 was $34 but it was high quality ingredients and I liked the fact there was horseradish as a condiment for my roast beef, so that's good too. Will be back when I am looking for a special sandwich. Went to the one off Holland location.
Not impressed. Ended up paying almost $30 for 2 6 inch sandwiches that didn't have much flavor, 2 bags of chips that would cost $1, and 2 cans of coke, maybe another $1, and 2 cookies. Being generous? Another $1. All in all that food I purchased was worth maybe $12-$15 to me.
Super delicious deli-style sandwiches, served in a casual setting. I have tried a great amount on the menu and have not been disappointed! The staff is very friendly and happy to help with questions. My favorite part about High Nooner is how receptive they are to getting faxed (or over the phone) orders for large groups. They always get everyone's items correct, and they deliver! You really can't beat it. For specific recommendations, I would go with either the Unforgettable Nooner, the Sundown, or the Veggie Nooner. But their hot sandwiches also can't be beat!
The BEST Veggie sandwich in Spokane!!! Great employees and they have Red Rasberry Selzter on tap❤❤❤
Delicious sandwiches with fast service. Bring change for parking on the street.
The Sundowner is hands-down the best sandwich on this planet.
Friendly/helpful staff and great food!
Awesome place awesome food
The taste is good here, but the sandwich I ordered (nooner grinder) had only one thin layer of each meat and cheese. It was essentially a veggie sandwich. At over 10 dollars I would expect a little more substance. The soup I had was alright. I'll give it another chance because of the friendly workers and the proximity to my workplace.
Great chipper staff, excellent food selection, and fantastic service.
Good
Everyone is so friendly and professional! Sandwiches are delicious and the carrot cake is the best!!!!
I have not ordered or been to a High Nooner in awhile so today I thought I would order & have it delivered. It took over 50 mins to get my sandwich. I know sometimes things happen & I was willing to let that slide but my sandwich was barely warm not to mention soggy & I was also very disappointed in the portion size of food for the price...not worth it!! Don’t know if I will ever give them my patronage again!
These guys know how to make soup and sandwiches! The staff are always friendly, and Loretta always goes the extra mile to let us know when frequently requested soups (the chili is amazing!) are on the menu! Try it...you'll like it!
Friendly staff and nice location. Had the steak and cheese and it was very good but definitely not a traditional sandwich. Overall a very nice place to grab lunch.
This is the best sandwich in town! I always get the rueben. My mouth is watering now
Always really good food, and great service!
This business is incredibly disrespectful to the tenants in the buildings connected to it. All the buildings are over 100 years old and sound carries really well. They get their deliveries multiple times a week between 530-6am and they park the delivery truck right under the windows of the apartments above instead of the parking lot on the side where it wouldn’t disturb anybody. I have asked multiple times for them to turn off the loud engine and keep the noise down but they don’t listen or care . Just this morning one of their employees is shouting and swearing outside the building at 6AM! Apparently their deliveries are more important than fellow tenants who have jobs that are trying to sleep! So annoying and disrespectful.
Excellent food, friendly staff, five stars. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.
With a southwest decor, you'll find yourself with so many tasty sandwiches to choose from. We tried the almost Ruben and spicy chick. Both sandwiches were out of this world, full of flavor, and I couldn't stop myself from eating it all. The staff were the best, friendly, open to offering their best sellers, with a bit of comedy. I highly recommend you try this spot!
Who puts mayonnaise on a Rueben? These guys. And yes... I am sure it was Mayo... unless something else white with no relish it dripped out of my sandwich.
I haven't been there in 20 years and the food still years a good. Very cozy
Forget Subway and even Jimmy John's, if you are looking for one of the best sandwiches in Spokane, you need to go to The High Nooner. I would recommend the Unforgettable Nooner.
